Stage 1: The Estimate (Day 1)
We come to you, walk the property, measure the actual line, and talk through materials, gates, and layout. On-site matters because the things that change a quote live in your yard: slopes, tree roots, access width for equipment, existing fence removal, and where the property line actually sits. You get a real number, not a phone guess. This visit takes under an hour, and the estimate is free.
Stage 2: Approvals and Prep (Days 2 through 14, varies)
This is the stage homeowners do not see coming, and it is where timelines are won or lost.
HOA approval applies in most planned communities and typically runs a review cycle of a few weeks. Submitting a complete packet the first time keeps this to one cycle.

Utility locates happen before any post holes get dug. Florida law requires marking buried utilities first, and the locate request takes a couple of business days. Painted marks and small flags in the yard mean the process is working.
Materials for standard wood, vinyl, and aluminum styles are usually in stock. Specialty colors, custom trim work, and composite panel systems can add lead time, and we will tell you at estimate time if your selection carries any.

Stage 3: Installation (1 to 3 Days On Site)
A typical quarter-acre backyard fence is a one-to-two-day install. Day one is layout and posts: holes dug, posts set in concrete, line checked. Depending on material and weather, panels and gates go on the same day or after the concrete cures. Larger properties, tear-out of an old fence, difficult access, or rock and root conditions push toward the longer end. You do not need to be home during installation, though we will confirm gate placement and swing direction with you before they are hung.
Stage 4: Final Walkthrough
When the crew finishes, we walk the line with you: every gate operated, latches checked, the site cleaned, dirt from post holes handled, and debris hauled. If anything is not right, it gets fixed before we call the job done, not after.
