We highly recommend having a physical survey done prior to installing a fence if you don't already have one. Because fence placement is the responsibility of the property owner and moving a fence can be costly, it is wise to make sure it is correctly placed at the start. 

Normally a residential fence within the city cannot exceed 6’. However, there may be some set backs required by the city for front yards. We suggest you check with your local building codes department to make sure what you are planning will be acceptable. If you belong to a homeowner’s association, you likely need to check with them to ensure what you plan meets their requirements.

Yes, as long as there are no changes to the quoted job. Our estimates cover all anticipated costs of the fencing plan discussed at the Free Estimate & Design appointment. If changes are made to the specified plan, such as additional fencing, adding gates, or other changes, any additional charges would be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Depending upon the size of your project and jobs already in progress, it may take a week or two before we can begin your fencing project. After the design consulatation we'll give you an idea of when we expect to have your project installed and completed. A typical time frame for our fence projects is 3-5 days. On the first day we come out and set posts, we allow the concrete to cure for a day (depending on the weather it may be 2 days), then we return and finish installing the fence and gates. Again with Florida weather, there could be potential delays. We always do our absolute best to work efficiently and get the job done on time.

Once the design and installation quote is approved and the deposit has been paid, you will be added to our installation schedule. We'll call you to confirm a couple days in advance of the scheduled installation date. You'll have a beautiful new fence, adding value to your property, in no time!
